Elegant Studio - Dubai Marina - 5 mins from JBR Beach & The walk

Pros: Jasmile was amazing ans so helpful. The room was very decent and the location amazing. Just a few metres away from Marina Dubai.

Comfortable stay close to the Marina

Pros: The apartment is very close to the marina and the beach, a lot of restaurants at good price in that area, metro station at 5 minutes walking, nice balcony, comfortable bed and well furnished kitchen, supermarket very close, location was perfect

Cons: It’s a little noisy because of the close highway

Pros: 100% recommend. Clean, available on time, responsive contact person, great location, walking distance from the beach, supermarket downstairs, good wifi for remotr work.

Cons: Can't think of anything.

Satisfied guest

Pros: The location was good. There was a washing machine. Yasmin was very helpful and resolved important issues quickly for me.

Cons: There was no hot water when I arrived, but Yasmin got it fixed. There was a small problem with the kitchen drawers that wasn't fixed while I was there. Also, there's no dishwasher.

Good stay

Pros: The apartment was clean and communication with Management company was good, they responded fast. The apartment has everything you need.

Cons: The location of the building is in a busy area, close to street, therefore it is a bit noisy from the traffic.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the accommodation, location, staff, and we gladly recommend it.

Pros: The beds are comfortable, the apartment has everything you need: a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker... Excellent location, close to the metro, a 24-hour market, JBR Plaza is nearby, and the Dubai Marina promenade. The staff is friendly, they responded to messages quickly, and we easily reached an agreement.

Cons: We don't have major complaints; the only issue is that water from the shower cabin flows onto the tiles in the bathroom, which could be fixed.

Pros: Great location and Value. Yasmeen from the office was very responsive and helpful.

Cons: Shower is too small
