Cozy Studio with Burj Khalifa Views

Nice

Pros: Amazing stay overall. The location is perfect, everything is exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was clean and well maintained. The view of Burj Khalifa is absolutely stunning — honestly the highlight of the stay, especially in the evening. Everything worked as it should, and I really enjoyed my time here. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: A few small things could be improved. The hot water seems to be limited by a boiler, so it’s not possible to take very long hot showers as it runs out after some time. Also, there are very few power outlets — it was quite hard to find available sockets, even in the bathroom. Lastly, the room can be a bit noisy because the entrance door doesn’t isolate sound very well. This feels more like a building issue rather than the host’s fault.

Pros: The apartment is in a convenient location, it worked to our benefit. Its super neat and the owner was accessible on WhatsApp for anything we wanted which is what you need when coming to a new place.

Cons: All was good, no complaints

The location and the facilities were nice and convenient.

Pros: The location and view were super! The staff at the reception were professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The space had everything I needed for my stay.

Pros: Visiting from Australia for a week. The property had everything I needed — it was clean, well-maintained, and in perfect condition. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great stay, will book again when returning to Dubai

Pros: Lovely property, the view to Burj Khalifa was unobstructed, bed was comfortable and all the listed facilities were there.

Optimal position and amenities.

Pros: The location was superb and exceeded my expectations. I booked this studio to use the washing machine and instead got world-class views of the Burj Khalifa from our balcony. The block out blinds were great for sleeping, and the full-size fridge freezer was ideal for eating in. This property was an 8 min walk to Dubai Mall, Angel Wings, and the Burj Khalifa dancing water fountain.

Cons: Initially, there was miscommunication on the check-in process, but this was rectified fairly promptly. Whenever an item was running low, it was replaced soon after requesting it. I would have loved to have been reminded of the gym and heated pool (also available to guests) but didn't know this until our last day!

Great hosts and Apartment

Pros: Hosts were great to deal with and apartment was in really good, clean condition. price was good.

Pros: Widok z apartamentu rewelacyjny i lokalizacja cudowna

Pros: جميل جدا وهادي ونظيف ومطل على برج خليفة تجربة جدا جميلة

Cons: كل شيء جيد

a good stay

Pros: The studio itself and location is very good to move around the area. The receptionists are very helpful as well. they went out of their way to answer all our questions. the view of the Bhuj Khalifa is fantastic from your balcony.

Cons: It will be nice to have a storage room. I booked this seeing the extendable option of my stay but it did not work out. Yet, they did a favor of one hour extra stay. We were stuck with our luggage till 11 pm on 13 Dec. If I had known for this situation beforehand, would have stayed in a hotel which at least will have a storage facility for our luggage. overall, the place is a nice one.
