Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good hotel facilities.

Cons: Gym and pool was closed- 11/2025

Pros: This apartment is absolutely perfect in many ways. While it could benefit from some renovations, this does not affect the quality of your stay. It’s very spacious and comfortable, with a small kitchen if you want to cook something and a lovely balcony with a view where you can relax and smoke. The location is truly the cherry on top — just a 10-minute walk from the Burj Khalifa, with everything you might need right at your fingertips. The girl who checked me in was also very kind and welcoming.

Pros: A nice apartment with a beautiful view. There is a balcony. Very convenient location. Wonderful, thank you very much!

Pros: A nice apartment with a beautiful view. Very convenient location. Wonderful, thank you very much!

Pros: It was just for one night but i could rent the place for a year. The location placed in the center of Business Bay near to everything. Salute to the guys in the reception they were very polite and helpfull i hope to be there some other time!

Pros: The bathroom has a bathtub. Good view from the balcony. Located close enough to the avenue with many good restaurants. 24h supermarket in the building. Quite close to the Dubai Mall.

Cons: Would be great to have a separate dining table instead of one with a mirror. The bathtub could have a curtain or something. The property location is different from the one specified on Booking.

Value for money; great location, view & amenities; service can be improved.

Pros: Killer location (down town). Superb view from the balcony. Room was compact and the kitchen was quite sorted in terms of amenities. It was clean and cozy overall. We were three of us. I slept on the sofa which was quite comfortable. There’s a bath tub and everything, so it was really good overall.

Cons: I realised later that the property is like a serviced apt/airbnb of sorts. And not a hotel. So no room service. Plus there’s nobody at the lobby to greet or guide you. I had to call a number who asked me to share passport pictures and post 15-20mins, we got the details to our room. That ambiguity was a bit unsettling. And the person on the other side didn’t feel the most courteous. So the service aspect can definitely be improved I feel.

Perfect location and beautiful view

Pros: Perfect and strategic location especially if you're there for wirking because it's in downtown and you reach the Dubai Matro station in 15 min walking (or catch a taxi).

Cons: I would suggest to let be available something more for personal use in the kitchen as soon as this is an apartment where you choose to stay to be indipendent (napking for instance). Also the room cleaning would be an advante to have a better experience especially if you stay for more than a couple of days.

Location perfetta per chi viaggia per lavoro

Pros: Great location very close to the main attractions in downtown, 15 min walking from the Dubai Mall and metro station., the supermarket was exactly behind the buildings for the needed things you miss sleeping in an apartment.

Cons: I would have preferred if there had been room cleaning service, but the accommodation was well organized nonetheless. It might be useful to provide some napkins or paper towels, as these are not usually bought for a short stay, but they are always needed.
