Stunning location for top comfy apartment!...

Pros: Apt prime location walking distance to the best of JBR/Marina attractions. Bars, Restaurants, Beach, Disco, Water sports and Kids amusement... you name it... just at your apt building doorsteps. Apt well decorated and welcome treats. Cosy living room and comfy bedrooms with stunning view of Al Ain giant wheel...

Cons: Very little actually... from dishwasher not performing well and construction renovations at building front doors entrance... and struggle to find car park spot... those were the initial challenges easily sorted.
