Elite Royal Apartment - Sky Series - Full Panoramic Burj Khalifa & Fountain View - Icon

Pros: Everything. We had a wonderful experience. The view of the Burj Khalifa and the The Dubai Fountain was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The breakfasts were delicious and very generous in portion size. Special thanks to Aldrin for the warm welcome and for always being ready to help. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing apartment with an incredible view!

Pros: The view and location of the apartment are amazing. Darwin, our host, was very polite and helpful and ready to assist in every aspect of our stay. We will come back for sure!

Cons: The variety of breakfast could be improved. It is delicious, fresh, and plentiful, but it becomes boring after a few days.

Pros: The accommodation is absolutely great, even more service, the gentleman waited for us until midnight upon arrival, showed us the room, the breakfast was quite rich, if they don't wake you up in the morning, they leave it in front of the door, Dubai Mall is a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend it.Thank you Anthony

Pros: Excellent location. Beautiful view of the Burj Kalifa from our balcony. Dawin was very helpful with our check-in process.

Cons: No toilet in the lobby area for those waiting after checkout

D. Morais e Família no Bubai ( Burj Royale Apt 2501)

Pros: A localização do apartamento é perfeita, com uma vista incrível, o apartamento esta praticamente no coração do Dubai. Gostei da dedicação do staff, principalmente o Sr. Reynan, sempre muito atencioso e disponível para que nós tivéssimos uma boa estadia... O peque almoço era fantástico, o Juan sempre disponível para que escolhessimos o opção para o dia seguinte.... Parabéns para a equipa de trabalho.

Cons: Nós gostaríamos se fazer o check-in antecipado, mas não foi possível, no entanto ficámos a aguardar desde as 7:30 até por volta das 14:30, quando tivemos a oportunidade de entrar. Nós entendemos a situação porque é um apartamento muito concorrido e está realmente ocupado, talvez da próxima vez vamos agendar, para fazer check-in um dia antes da nossa chegada.

Pros: The location of the building itself offers a very nice view of the burj kalifa building during the day, and the splash show of lights during the night it was amazing.

Cons: We would like to have more options for the breakfast menu instead of Arabic and continental only.

Bardzo udany wyjazd z bajecznym widokiem

Pros: Idealna lokalizacja z przepięknym widokiem na Burj Khalifa, szczególnie w czasie zachodu słońca. Bardzo ładny wystrój mieszkania. Wygodne łóżka, świeża, pachnąca i czysta pościel. Pięknie nakryty stół w jadalni. Aldrin wszystko nam wyjaśnił, check in poszedł bardzo sprawnie. Blokada depozytu z karty zwolniona następnego dnia po naszym wyjeździe.

Cons: Podobało się wszystko. Może warto wyczyścić klimatyzację, ponieważ przy zamykaniu drzwi od sypialni z klimatyzacji wyleciał kurz na łóżko, ale w mieszkaniu był odkurzacz więc udało się wszystko zebrać. Nie wiedzieliśmy też że resztki ze śniadania powinny być zostawione w śmietniku a nie na stole, bo tylko śmietnik jest opróżniany. Ale ogólna ocena naszego pobytu jest super!
