Sehr schönes Apartment mit tollem Blick auf die Marina von Creek Harbour

Pros: Wir fanden ein gut ausgestattetes Apartment im 20. Stock vor. Die Lage in Creek Harbour ist super. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe, zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Man befindet sich direkt an der Marina, bedeutet viele Restaurants in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung (Bilder). Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich, alles war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Balkon ist ausgestattet wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick über die Marina. Parkplätze sind im Gebäude vorhanden. Pool haben wir genutzt, war auch tip top. Die Life Guards waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Kurzum: Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im The Grand. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Zum Check In: Wir trafen den Mitarbeiter von Frank Porter um 15.15 Uhr in der Lobby des Gebäudes. D.h., 15 Minuten zu spät ;-) Der Check In verlief schnell und unkompliziert.

Cons: Etwas verwirrt hat uns, dass wir vorab Self-Check-In-Informationen bekamen, der aber laut dem Herren am Empfang in Emaar-Gebäuden nicht zulässig ist. Auch, dass man die Check-In-Informationen kurz vor 15 Uhr bekam, fanden wir nicht gut. Eine Info, man trifft sich um 15 Uhr in der Lobby hätte ja schon gereicht. Jetzt wissen wir es ;-) Ein paar Handtücher und ein paar Gläser mehr wären hilfreich ;-)
