We had an amazing stay

Pros: The overall experience was amazing. The location on the palm with sea view from both sides of the building. Everything was very clean, huge apartment with very comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The pool and jacuzzi were heated and clean, sun beds very comfortable. Friendly staff. Just minutes of walking to Atlantis The Palm, on a nice side walk along the waterfront. Best accommodation we found on the Palm Jumeirah.

Cons: The downside of the stay was the sound of the construction right next to our block, going on 24/24 hours, but with closed doors and windows sound was pretty low. For us, it wasn’t an inconvenience. For a stay of 12 nights we were only given the toiletry kit for the first day, thought it was hotel serviced.

That said, for the price, it’s a good value, and I would definitely recommend this place for families with kids looking

Pros: We stayed at Harmony Vacation Homes - BALQIS Residence and overall had a lovely experience. The apartments are very spacious with amazing views, and the location is exceptional. The pool and beach were fantastic — our kids had a great time! The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with one of the bathrooms, but the team quickly took care of it and even gave us complimentary chocolate & some money as an apology, which was a nice touch.

Cons: On the downside, the apartment could use some renovation and a more thorough cleaning. It wasn’t spotless when we arrived. Also, there was quite a bit of construction noise nearby, especially in the mornings and late evenings, which was a bit disturbing.
