Dunya Tower Luxury and 2 min walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa in heart of Downtown

Pros: Nice cozy apartment with everything a person might need . Excellent location but most of all we liked the speedy response to our every demand. Special thanks to the professional nice person Arvin who made our stay memorable

Cons: The mattress was too soft which made sleeping uncomfortable but many people like soft mattresses so it's not a big issue

Pros: The location was great n apartment had 2 restrooms which is very convenient for 4 persons

Cons: The gas alarm kept ringing in the morning n nothing was done to solve the issue. The alarm even started at 3am in the morning..

Pros: Good location opposite Address hotel which is connected to Dubai mall. Small supermarket around the corner. We didn't cook there. We were out all day. Nice guy at reception was helpful with organizing our luggage for storage while we were waiting for the apartment as we arrived early.

Cons: That you could not even smoke in the garden area on pool level you had to stand outside on pavement to smoke not ideal accommodation for people that smoke. We had a problem with small cockroaches. He promised to take care of it before next visitors. It was in the kitchen area. So hopefully it was taken care of. The bathroom in the pool area had one shower that had water but the shower head was broken. Not the landlord fault but should be sorted.

Perfect for a quick city break

Pros: The apartment is perfect for a short city stay to explore the main attractions around it. The gates of Dubai mall are just across the street, Burj Khalifa is very close and its very easy to get a taxi in a minute just in front of the door. The rooms are spacious enough for 3 people, the kitchen is well equipped, the AC works well. A grocery store is just under the building. The check-in process and communication with the host went smoothly all the way.

Cons: The bathrooms were a bit outdated and stained and the kitchen smelled of mold, but otherwise everything was clean and the beds and couch were comfortable.

Had a beautiful and comfortable stay . Will recommend to all my friends

Pros: Excellent location! Very close to Dubai Mall, you just have to cross to get to one of the entry points of the mall.

Cons: Maybe a tea towel or paper towel in the kitchen.

Luxurious, comfortable and accessible

Pros: Loved the location, that was number one, you can get everywhere from there. The apartment was very spacious, nothing felt cramped at all which made it feel very luxurious. The decor in the living room and bedroom all looks great and the bed itself is very comfortable. They also have double curtains, so you can really block out light, feels very luxurious too. There were two bathrooms, super great and the kitchen was spacious enough to easily cook nicely, with a fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, oven and washing machine. The building has a great pool and a stunning gym!

Cons: We loved every second here!

Homely place and near dubai mall

Pros: It is actually 2-5 mins walk to Dubai mall. The house is quite big and homely.

Cons: There was an alarm in kitchen which kept ringing (it was LOUD) for no reason during night. We weren’t cooking and were not even in the kitchen. The staff were prompt to help over phone but that wouldn’t help. It stopped after 7 rings. That was inconvenient and disturbed our sleep. But this is one of unlucky incident. We definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful Apartment

Pros: We - family of 4- had a very nice and relaxed stay .. The apartment is well equipped and plush .. The location is amazing.. Thanks a ton !!!

Great location in Downtown

Pros: We are always staing in Downtown when we are visiting the Dubai, but this time this was the best location,

Cons: Small things like the hob was not working, outside noise and it had no balcony
