Amazing BeachFront Apartments near Atlantis Waterpark by Simply Comfort Sarai Palm Jumeirah

Fantastic big apartment with great views and 24 hour supermarket.

Pros: We booked a 3 bedroom apartment. It was very big, modern, good to stay with a big family. Some things were missing or broken in the beginning but the staff was very friendly and quick to help. It was very nice to have a pool and a private beach with beautiful views of the Palm. The 24 hour supermarket was fantastic, any moment of the day you can get food/drinks/supplies, and food delivery works very well in Dubai if you don’t fancy going out to a restaurant. We had a rental car so we did not experience the problem with taxi’s. The value for money is very good.

Cons: You should prepare that you are not staying in a hotel. There are only a few towels and no room cleaning/restaurant etc. We brought extra beach towels ourselves and the staff provided some extra hand towels. There is limited availability of sunbeds at the pool and beach. But the pool man does not accept ‘claiming’ sunbeds and gives them out to people who need them (very friendly man)

Pros: Lovely place to stay. Rooms are massive,the pool is lovely and also the beach.

Cons: There wasn’t any bar or restaurant on site. No enough sunbed.

Pros: Had a great experience here! Reception was super professional and always ready to help! Room was beautiful and large, with a great view of the ocean and easy access to the private and public pools.

Cons: The AC in the building is a bit difficult to control and tends to be a bit too cold. A lot of relief when you first walk in from outside, but starts to get cold after a while.

Pros: They were extremely helpful and attended to our every need throughout the week we spent there. The rooms were big and clean. Had everything we needed.

Pros: The hotel price was very reasonable considering the location with spacious and clean apartments. It has a small mini market and pool

Cons: The apartments managed by a company and they charge extra for cleaning and does have any restaurant.

Perfect stay for families.

Pros: The place is amazing. I believe the heated pool helped us the most during out stay. Very quite and comfortable for families with babies. The entrance in the sea is calm and child friendly. The garden is very well looked after and there is always someone that you can reach to assist you with something.

Cons: It needs a bit of renovation here and there and would be great if the WIFI would have been available in the lobby, pool or the beach area. That's the only reason I rate it 9/10.

Pros: A couple of things to like 1. Professional and helpful behaviour of staff 2. Accommodation of luggage requests (extremely important as not all places accomodate to keep luggage for a couple of hours) 3. Location is great 4. Value for money

Cons: Things which can be done better 1. It's slightly dimly lit 2. Plumbing of toilets can be better 3. This isn't the property's fault but too much construction is going around in palm Jumeirah which disturbs your view. Also Palm Jumeirah is a little far from everything.
