Very good, but terrible communication and stressful checkin
Pros: - very good location - very clean and well equipped - nice and modern - nice view
Cons: It could have been a 10/10, but it’s a 9. First of all, like other people mentioned in the reviews, communication with the host was terrible and the checkin process was stressful. I received tons of messages stating that they didn’t receive our passport and our booking will be cancelled. Had to beg them to confirm they did receive them. I received conflicting messages with the passcodes and didn’t know which code to use where as a result of this. The indian guy at the reception followed us to the door like a puppy and invaded our privacy during the check-in. We struggled with the codes because we received two different messages and didn’t know which one was correct and he basically grabbed my phone and started to read the messages. That didn’t seem right: the code should be something that only we knew…as a result of this, we ended up using only the physical key because we didn’t feel safe using the code that was known by a stranger. Another thing: I made the booking 8 months ago and 8 months ago I have received the same code as I did on the arrival day which means it is never changed. From a security standpoint, this looks bad. The code should change after every guest. We received the wifi password only the next day because in the messages we got one that didn’t work.

Un bun raport calitate preț
Pros: A fost în sejur plăcut, apartamentul are toate dotările necesare prezentate in descriere, mai puțin papuci de casă, erau utili și o mai atentă grijă pentru curățenie nu ar strica, dar per total este în apartament frumos, utilat și dotat cu toate cele necesare pentru în sejur reușit.
Cons: Puteau fi puțin mai atenți la curățenie, era praf cam peste tot, hârtia igienică era numai care o bucată în fiecare baie, pentru în sejur de 6 nopți, a trebuit să cumpărăm, iar eu nu am văzut pastile pentru mașina de spălat vase și nici detergent pentru mașina de spălat hainele.

Ottimo soggiorno in una zona meravigliosa di Dubai, a mio avviso la più bella . La possibilità di un passeggiata lungo l
Pros: Ottima posizione , location pulita e curata . Si è respirata aria di sicurezza e protezione durante tutto il soggiorno.
Cons: Un po’ confusionaria la comunicazione tra struttura e cliente ( spesso i messaggi di Booking vengono inviati più volte e ci si trova a dover trovare conferma col proprietario per capire se tutto è confermato o meno) . Anche l’accoglienza al momento dell’arrivo,nonostante i passaporti fossero stati inviati per tempo come richiesto, lascia un po a desiderare e può portare a qualche malinteso. Per ospiti futuri , qualora vengano prenotati transfert da o per l’aeroporto, consiglio di specificare che l’alloggio si chiama Bay Central Dubai Marina . Riportando infatti solo il nome “Luxury Appartament” capiterà che il driver abbia difficoltà a inserire la destinazione nel navigatore.

Pros: Poziția bună, facilitățile din apartament. Cu toate că nu a funcționat codul de intrare , am putut deschide ușa cu cheile din căsuța cu cifru..

Mas spokojenost
Pros: Skvělá lokalita, naprosto dokonale vybaveny byt. Jedna koupelna se záchodem a ještě pak samostatný záchod. Úplně nejlíp vybavena kuchyň. Žádný ruch. Prostě nádherný nádherný. Bydlel jsem v okolí ve spoustě podobných ubytování ale toto bylo naprosto bezkonkurenční.
