Pros: Great location, good value for money, and a nice modern apartment with everything you need.

Cons: The access card to enter was accidentally lost, and I understand that there is a fee for that. However, 157 AED feels a bit excessive. It would have been better to charge a symbolic amount that covers the actual cost of the card as a gesture of goodwill, rather than, in my view, charging a fee that is higher than the actual replacement cost.
