Cons: Hard for taxi/transport to locate to return too

Pros: The location for sure! And I liked that I was personally greeted upon arrival by a lovely host called Nabil and I was able to access him on what’s app at anytime. This made the experience very personal and he would answer all my questions.

Cons: The hot water could’ve been turned on prior to arrival.

One the best views in town

Pros: The view from the studio is amazing, although you can't see the fountain side. The bed was comfortable, so were the pillows. Dispite super heavy traffic outside, the noise was not that loud thanks for good quality windows/balcony doors. There is free parking available at the Dubai Mall parking but dedicated and secured area.

Cons: Findings the place and checking is a bit challenging since it's not a hotel but they do provide you with a mobile number of a person who assists you from A to Z. While there was everything you need in the kitchen, there was no sponge/cloth/dish soap or anything to wash dishes with... No chairs/table on the balcony as shown on photos.

Pros: Khalil was very friendly and everything was super great. And the view was unbelivable.

Pros: I like the location as it is close to everything. Exactly what we needed for our stay.

Cons: Some necessities were not provided, tea towel or paper towel, dishwashing liquid soap and laundry soap.

Pros: I really liked the location, the hotel is located right in Dubai Mall. I also want to note the excellent service, we were given a good room as indicated in the booking, the staff showed themselves from the best side, all our wishes were fulfilled. The room was provided with everything necessary, as described when booking. I highly recommend this hotel and will return there again at the first opportunity

Cons: The fact that we paid for 4 persons and we were given only 2 clean towels everyday. When we asked for 4 towels they asked us for more money 😟
