В общем, всё отлично!

Pros: Нас было трое в студии и места хватило всем, уютно, компактно. Шкаф, тумбочки, журнальный столик, также обеденный стол , всё отлично! Вокруг много магазинов, кафе, прачечных и салонов красоты, полный сервис:)

Cons: Внизу идёт стройка, но на 10 этаже это было не критично, то есть мы не ощутили сильного запыления и шума. Ванная комната с плесенью, надо бы обновить, не приятно выглядит и от сырости прыгают какие-то мошки.
