Stunning 1 Bedroom Apartment in Dubai Marina

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location, just few meters away from the marina promenade. Nice apartment, clean, comfortable mattress and good communication with the property manager.

Cons: Nothing bad about the property

The perfect choice if you wonder to be in Marina Dubai, one of the most beautiful place in Dubai.

Pros: The apartment is really in the heart of Dubai Marina.

Cons: I don’t have any negative points, the contact person gave me all the information needed absolutely in time.

Great apartment 1 minute away from the Marina

Pros: We loved everything. Our Host Shanaz made sure that everything was perfect and did her best to accommodate an earlier check in. We liked everything in the apartment, spacious, well catered for, the location was perfect. 1 minute from the marina and 1 to 2 minutes away from 3 supermarkets for our food shopping. Also 5 minutes away from the tram that takes you to the metro or 15 minute walk to the metro. Also 2 tram stops away from the beach ! Great place to stay !

Extremely satisfied! Definitely recommend to stay here. The apartment in reality is the same as on the photos

Pros: From the first day of booking I was contacted and asked all questions about my arrival, preferences etc. Thank you, Shanaz, for being online 24/7! Appreciate it! All guidances have been provided for a comfort stay. The location is brilliant, the apartment itself is very nice! Felt myself like at home! It is very small thing, but two bottles of water left made a huge difference for a traveler after a long journey😁 Will definitely come back again.

Cons: There are construction works nearby, a bit noisy. But the construction works are all over Marina Dubai! I would be surprised if you could find a quiet space nowadays in this area.

Ompressive location and very responsive host

Pros: Amazing location and view. Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and clean bathroom.

Cons: A bit too long instruction to get in

Would absolutely go back!

Pros: Very low price as for a property in Dubai Marina. I’ve stayed in similar apartments in that zone and always paid at least 50% more. I recommend it to whoever is a gym freak like me as the gym in the building is very well equipped. In the same building (door right next to the entrance) there is a little supermarket open 24/7 which was a game changer. The pool is very nice and the terrace is super big. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, nothing was missed. The host was always available, helping in case of any need. Would absolutely go back.

Cons: The building is located among other skyscrapers which cover the sun for approximately 50% of the time in the winter. Hence, this may create a little problem if you want to sunbath/warm up in that period.

Excellent place to stay loved it so far !!!

Pros: It was very well presented like a show house and was invited with special date chocolates & a bouquet of rose flowers . Very close to the marina walk and all amenities in the same apartment & building. Very close to supermarket and convenience stores in the same building including dry cleaning facilities if needed. Close to tram station nearby which is a 5 minute walk.

Relish our stay at Dubai Marina Stay

Pros: Close proximity to the tram, many good restaurants surrounding is a plus. The host was very supportive and made the stay comfortable. Marina Walk and JBR are at a few mins walking distance. Many good recreational activities are surrounding the place. Enjoyed like staying at home while enjoying the sea view from the apartment. The best thing is the fruit basket and mix try fruits host has provided to made me feel good. The kitchen is fully equipped along with some cooking oils and spices, while the laundry is equipped with detergent, which made the stay comfortable as I did not rush to the supermarket down the building to buy those. Would love to stay for longer again. Thanks, Suay Holiday Homes and host Shanaz.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do Mariny 5 min piechotą. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką. W budynku mały sklepik spożywczy.

Cons: Brak możliwości zostawienia bagażu. Pani z obsługi stała nad nami w dniu wyprowadzki punkt 11.00 - totalnie żadnej elastyczności, mimo prośby smsem. Widok z balkonu słaby, na wykopaliska i budowę. Basen w cieniu - byliśmy w grudniu i było zimno. Daleko do plaży.

Pros: Wspaniałe i duże mieszkanie, taras z widokiem na marine, czysty basen, minute do zejścia na Marina Walk. Dodatkowo kontakt z gospodarzem jest cały czas, pomaga w rozwiązaniu każdego problemu :)
