Pros: New, peaceful, clean, everything you need. Loved the key app.

Cons: Extraction in shower room not good, lack of shower screen. Otherwise, really good. The bed linen quality wasn't great, sheet was old. Towels were good though.

very nice, clean and cozy apartment with BurjKhalifa and pool view

Pros: View to Burj Khalifa and the pool is great Service from Mr. Abdul Salaam was very good and helpful to let us in early in the morning apartment clean with towwels and good quality furniture. Security guys are cool, they try to help you in any case

Cons: Minus point is the location and no any shops on walking distance, you will need a car to go out for grocery etc (till this area has been developed enough). 1 small grocery shop at other flat, which is almost always closed.
