Pros: La personne qui gère l'appartement est très bien , à l'écoute et disponible. Piscine au pied de l'immeuble avec personnel pour sécurité. Il y a quelques boutiques au pied de l'immeuble ( pharmacie, toute petite superette avec cuisine a emporter, laverie , salle de sport , DAB , etc ... ) \

Cons: La position géographique de l'appartement nécessite d'avoir un transport privé car pas desservie par les transports en commun . Il y a bien quelques taxis au pied de l'immeuble le matin et quelques taxis maraudent dans les quartiers mais ca devient plus délicat en soirée avancée. Compter 100Dirhams pour aller à Deira ou à l'aéroport, 80 à 90 Dirham pour aller à la Marina de Jumeihra etc . La télévision fonctionne mais il faut avoir ses codes personnel pour regarder Netflix ou autres canaux . Pas de WiFi communautaire. Durant notre séjour l'immeuble à subit une avarie en alimentation en eau courante . Une distribution d'eau pour les toilettes et autres taches ménagères aurait dû être organisée ! Nous aurions aimer que les draps et serviettes de toilette soient changés plus régulièrement. Tout les 6 jours auraient été bien ce qui n'a pas été le cas . Attention : moustiques en soirée sur le balcon . Ils proviennent des bassins d'eau qui ce trouvent juste en face de l'immeuble. Une porte moustiquaire a d'ailleurs été installée à l'accès du balcon .
