Great place for living in the Dubai downtown.

Pros: The new (two years old) building in the EMAAR district (downtown) of Dubai. All stuff in place, great view from the balcony to the Business Bay Area and the sea. All pictures are real.

Cons: Do not expect a luxury leaving, but everything you may need is working well.

Amazing apartment and excellent staff!

Pros: I must say that Mr. Zaid and Mr. Elvin contributed even more to our vacation in Dubai. In addition to hosting us very nicely, they helped us with many things regarding Dubai. Very professional and very friendly. All praise!! The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk to all sights. I definitely recommend and will come back to this apartment again!!!

Pros: Everything about my stay was smooth and perfect. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Mohammed was kind and supportive, and his team was helpful in every way. The location is excellent, truly a 10 out of 10. Everything inside the apartment is well thought out, making the stay easy and pleasant for any guest. I’m quite picky, so it really means something when I say I’ll definitely book again.
