Pros: Location, location, location. Minutes away from the beach, Marina promenade, restaurants. There are 2 supermarkets in the building. The DMCC metro station, tram station and ferry stop are in a walking distance. Spacious balcony with the view to Marina Bay towers. Ceilings are high so it is a lot of breathing space.

Cons: The decore is basic and tired, and the bathroom is definitely looking for upgrade. Fridge was not clean, towels had been still hung outside on a balcony.
