We had a very nice stay in the apartment. We hope you will experience the comfort that we had.

Pros: I like the fact that it's a brand new apartment. We just stayed for few hours as our flight is early morning the following day. I would loved to stay more if I had the chance.

Cons: The security is not that helpful at the other side. We went initially at the front side as you cannot distinguised the front and back as the building sits on one block. I think the security needs to improve their customer service approach.

Pros: The apt was exactly as shown in the pictures and was more spacious than expected for a studio. The bed and couch were exceptionally comfortable. The pool, gym and courtyard were a fantastic bonus.

Pros: The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need — clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Great location, not too far from the beaches (by Dubai standards). Taxis arrived almost immediately. There’s also parking available if you have your own car. The host was always reachable and answered all questions. Excellent

And most importantly, George, who rented out the studio, is a special person — very kind, respectful, and always helpful with everything, even with things not related to the studio.

Pros: I stayed at this apartment for one month and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was clean, new, and exactly as described. The host was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I had no issues at all. I truly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
