Heaven Crest Vacation Homes - Luxury Forte

Love it. will def stay there again.

Pros: We were met by Santos. He was very helpful and courteous

Cons: Not much. The curtains would open properly.

Pros: The apartment was superb. Clean and Great location. We had the best view of NYE burj Khalifa fireworks right from the lounge area of the apartment. The heavens crest team, Osama, Santosh and Bharat were professional, courteous , pleasant and helpful. Thanks to all of them. Check in and check out were very easy. Our check in was at 4 am in the morning and Osama was there to help us checkin without any issues.

Business and Holiday trip

Pros: The apartment is very clean and have everything you need the view is very beautiful .the apartment is near to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifah

Ok

Pros: All good, two bathrooms, very cozy kitchen and good wifi. The apartment have an extra pillow and blankets for sleeping on the couch.

Amazing

It’s a lovely and wonderful place to stay. I do recommend it. However, document everything to cover your basis.

Pros: The location was fantastic, close to all the action. The apartment was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was nicely decorated. It was comfortable. It was reasonably priced through Booking.com. The gym and pool were outstanding.

Cons: Had some problems with Heaven Crest. There was a huge miscommunication with the deposit. A representative met us at the building upon check in. I was charged right there for the whopping deposit. It was communicated that the deposit was just a HOLD. Not true. It was charged to my credit card immediately. That deposit was supposed to come back to credit card. Online payment is returned to online card. That was WRITTEN in the communication thread with Heaven Crest. It did not get returned to credit card. They said I was supposed to get cash when I departed the property. Again, not true. No where was that communicated or agreed upon. Had to fight to get deposit back. It eventually was paid through PayPal.

Pros: Appartement magnifique ! Et un propriétaire super réactif !!
