Pros: An absolutely amazing view ! Beautiful apartment and exceptional service from host and staff. Would definetely be back for the next stay !

Cons: I wouldnt say there is any issues, maybe only one a little bit annoying thing was how long it takes to get to the parking space - but at least there is one and its always free ! Dont take it as a bad comment, was always happy with everything

Great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Apartment was very clean and spacious with everything we needed during our stay. Amazing view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony and also the pool deck. Metro station a 10min walk away.

Cons: Slight issue at check in that the reception had not receive both copies of our ID, the lady was very curt and irritable even when we provided ID on the spot. There was a charge per piece of luggage if we wanted to leave it after check out time. Pool was massively crowded and almost impossible to get a lounger.

Nice apartment

Pros: Apparemment is 15 min by foot to the fountains, access to wonderful pool, spacious clean apartment 30 th floor with beautiful views and parking. All in all we had a great stay for our first visit to Dubai.

Cons: 1 teaspoon for an apartment of 6 people is not enough. Prepare for a 10 min ride to access your parking on 10th level. We weren’t able to turn on the gas hob. More information should be given how things function in the apartment, because we didn’t want to bother the person each time we wanted turn one of many switches in the apartment.
