Superb Location, beautiful Apartment, nicest host of Dubai :)
Pros: Very nice and friendly Host! Always available and he had some surprises prepared for us for New Year‘s ❤️ Excellent Location! Super clean! To improve a little bit: a table with four chairs would be good, esspecially for families.

Unforgettable stay, the holiday home is beautiful, clean and has a view of the Dubai Marina canal.
Pros: Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had the most beautiful view over Dubai Marina. Great location, everything was easy. Would definitely come back!
Cons: There is nothing I didn't like, my experience in this holiday home was great, it is located right on Dubai Marina Walk on the best bridge of Dubai Marina just a few steps away from Jbr and Bluewaters Island. I recommend this apartment to everyone.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is not only clean and beautifully decorated, but the view is honestly something else — you can see the Marina, the sea, and even the big Ferris wheel (Ain Dubai) all from the balcony. It felt magical, especially in the evening. Everything was just as shown in the pictures, maybe even better in real life. The host was super kind and always quick to respond if we needed anything — really made us feel welcome and taken care of. Would definitely come back!

Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Dubai Marina!
Pros: I truly believe this is the best location you can possibly choose in Dubai Marina. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, with a supermarket conveniently located inside the building. The apartment sits directly on the canal, offering a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Marina — day and night, it’s simply magical. The place is spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Honestly, it felt like home from the moment we arrived. The host is genuinely kind, friendly, and always available if you need anything. Without a doubt, one of the best stays we’ve had in Dubai. Highly recommended.

Unbeatable! Being right on the Sayorah Bridge means you have direct access to JBR and Bluewaters Island without unnecessary detours. If you're looking for a hassle-free stay in Dubai Marina, this is the perfect place. I will definitely be back!

Pros: We recently stayed in this wonderful apartment right on Dubai Marina Walk and were completely enchanted! The view of the Marina from a high floor is truly breathtaking, providing unforgettable moments both day and night. The apartment is modern and maintained in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean, and organized down to the last detail. The comfort level was top-notch: all the furnishings are of high quality and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Ideal for families, our stay was a real escape into elegance. Perfect Home in Dubai Marina
Pros: I was lucky enough to live in this apartment in Dubai Marina and I can't praise it enough. The cleanliness was top-notch, which is really important to me. The view from the balcony? Absolutely stunning—Dubai Marina Walk on one side, JBR sea and the Bluewaters wheel on the other. It all made for some truly relaxing moments whenever I stepped outside. But there’s more: the building features a rooftop pool with panoramic views over the entire Marina, making for spectacular evening swims. Everything I needed was right there, with a well-equipped gym and a 24-hour supermarket, not to mention it's just a short walk to JBR. Truly an exceptional place to live!
Cons: I read the price in the other comments here, but I can say that this is without a doubt the best value for money in the whole of Dubai Marina.

The Best Spot to Experience Dubai Marina
Pros: We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Dubai Marina. The view of the canal was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and the location was the best in all of Dubai Marina: right on Dubai Marina Walk and just a few minutes' walk from JBR. The apartment was luxurious and meticulously maintained, but the real highlight was the host—one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. We can’t wait to come back! <3
Cons: The only thing to note is the price, but honestly, if you’re looking for quality, it’s worth spending a little extra. Overall, it still offers excellent value for money in Dubai Marina. For those on a tight budget, Dubai might not be the best fit anyway.
