We really enjoyed our time in this apartment!!!

Pros: Perfect location and a really really nice host who reacted to all of our problems immediately. We had some issues and he solved everything within hours. Even after our departure he supported us dealing with the car rental company. Amazingly helpful!! The apartment has an incredible view on the marina skyline. Beaches and restaurants are within walking distance and so are supermarkets. There is a designated parking spot for the apartment as well which is essential in that area. The bedrooms are well sized and so are the living room and bathrooms. There are two full bathrooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer and even a hair dryer was provided. The little balcony is really nice in the afternoons and at night when there is no direct sun.

Cons: The bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating, but as it was clean and well equipped we didn’t mind.

Pros: als apartement mega zentral in Dubai Marina mit spektakulärem Blick. Einfacher und schneller Zugang durch Concierge, im Vorfeld intensive Kümmerung durch Vermieter. Alles top, Küche wurde nicht benötigt, daher an dieser Stelle keine Aussage möglich.

Pros: Our stay was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is in a perfect location - just a short walk from the beach, with an incredible view of the marina and even a glimpse of the sea. Everything we needed was within easy reach. The host was exceptionally kind and responsive, always quick to help with anything we asked. Thanks to this, our family felt very comfortable and well taken care of. There is honestly nothing negative to mention - our trip was simply fantastic, and we left feeling delighted. Highly recommend!

A wonderful experience and enjoyable stay

Pros: The apartment owner was exceptionally kind, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. He ensured that everything we needed was provided and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. The apartment itself was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the marina. It was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this property.

A nice and decently priced place with a great Marina view

Pros: Great location, a mini-mart nearby, Dubai Marina Mall only 5 minutes by foot, close to the beach, 22nd floor with a great panoramic view of the Marina. Big TV in the living room, a microwave and a toaster. The owner / manager followed up after we have checked out and hoped everything was good.

Cons: We were not allowed to check-in earlier than 16:00 due to cleaning. However, when we arrived, there still were pistachio shells on the balcony, the countertop was sticky, there wa small chain dropped in the toilet, etc. In other words, the cleaning could have been better. There was nothing in the cupboard - neither salt, not pepper, nor oil, no coffee or tea or cookies. The property itself is outdated, there are stains on the walls, but it is translated in the price, which is not that high if compared to other nearby locations. No beach towels were offered. No welcome water / juice in the fridge.
