Pros: Location of the accomodation to water taxi, bus routes and metro excellent. Accomodation spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, however it would have been handy to have a map of dubai, the metro links and transport facilities. We managed to do this under our own steam and found it adventurous but others might not be so comfortable doing that.

Pros: Amazing staff specially Gian and Angelica. They both add alot to your experience, extremely co operative and are amazing host!!!

Pros: Everything was excellent, zeeShan was so good man and helpful, he help us with everything, show us everything with details and come with ideas what we can do in Dubai, he was more than helpful, and coz of him we will come back again and again, we appreciate his work. And almost the security guard at night, lifeguard was very helpful as well

Pros: Everything was great. Very spacious and comfortable. Clean and very nice staff.

Cons: No car drop off which made it tough to sync with taxis, especially with a baby, not very convenient.

Pros: Location was great. Gian and Ahmed were very helpful. The only complaint we had was about daily house keeping and cleaning which is not provided and costs 150 AED per day. Not included in price. Rest was all good.

Pros: Very clean and modern apartment, friendly staff LIKE GODFREY & is His colleague whom he works with. Comfortable beds, good facilities, and a quiet environment. Everything worked well and the stay was very comfortable.

Cons: The location was good and convenient, and it was easy to get around using taxis.
