Pros: The accommodation was great, there was everything you need and the view. The location of the apartment is perfect, opposite the shopping center, bike rental and the beach about ten minutes walk. We used the pool and gym, the staff was very nice and helpful, especially Normy, she always gave us advice and helped us. We will definitely come back soon.

Très bel appartement à Marina

Pros: Beautiful, well-located apartment, decorated with great refinement and taste. Beautiful balcony with two tables and chairs. Very well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful bedroom. Very clean.

Pros: Close to objectives, near transportation facilities

Pros: Nice place a bit far from the beach. Keyless access via an app. Beautiful view from balcony to marina and marina mall . strong a/c, good selection of tv channels (english speaking, movies, sports). A small foodstore on b3 level with all necessities. Water, coffee/tea/cookies are welcome gift.

Cons: Repair works (hence noise) in the apartment next door, but that was a temporary thing.

Best location in the whole Marina!

Pros: Overall it was a great experience with the breathtaking view of the marina as an absolute gem. Communication with the host went well, and check-in was smooth (even if never met in person with any of their representatives, due to the late hour). Amenities are generally as described and the pictures reflect the reality. Small supermarket 50m from the building door The pool is clean, and quite a good size. The building staff is generally nice and helpful. We will come back...

Cons: Some minor things could be improved, but nothing really important. The access card to the parking was not working properly, but the security facilitated every time the access. Some noise from the fan in the extra bathroom... But nothing to compromise a great vacation...

Bachelor pad in Dubai Marina

Pros: The perfect solution for your stay in Dubai Marina. Just beside the Intercontinental Hotel with its renowned kabuki-style Japanese Kōyō restaurant, I used this apartment as a “pilot” for the purchase of a similar one in the area and I couldn’t have been happier: fast self-check in, spotless minimal design apartment, impressively big balcony overlooking the Dubai Marina Mall, access to Fitness lounge and Swimming Pool. The communication with the “Luxury Escapes Vacation Homes” team was always perfect: clear instructions and immediate replies. The area is served by multiple restaurants, clubs and supermarkets (Zoom 2min walking distance) along the 7km tree-lined “Dubai Marina Walk” promenade. Absolutely worth the price!

Cons: All perfect, minor difficulties to turn the keys in the door lock but with some waving you get by.

Great apartment with stunning views and a good location

Pros: A great apartment, with amazing views (even better than the pictures) and a wonderful terrace. Well equipped and comfortable. Kitchen was good. Second bathroom helpful. Hosts flexible about check-in and check-out. Close to tram and supermarkets. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Kitchen a bit dark. A few more electrical plugs would help for work. Maybe the owner could add a storage cupboard by the door so that the cleaning equipment is not left in the 2nd loo.

Pros: This is my extended reservation. As usual they have all the things great. Sujan and their colleagues did a great job keeping the house clean and homely.

Cons: It was little pricey for the second reservation. But it felt like home.
