Pros: Modern, very clean, good communication, conveniently located close to food and grocery stores, owners respond quickly to requests

Cons: Parking is a bit tight to get to and can be congested.

Stella Maris Tower - Nice and quiet

Pros: The overall apartment standing. Lots of space. Nice and quiet. Provided all amenities. Many F&B outlets around.

Cons: At first, a smell when we first moved in. But it got better after. No universal sockets. 4 table appliances in the kitchen sharing one socket. Not convenient. No sockets in bathroom for razors. No safe available. Although located on harbour front, no direct access to waterfront. No access to gym and pool People down at reception cannot help if any issues.
