Excellent 2 bedroom modern apartment in the best location for sightseeing

Pros: The location near Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa is very convenient , and the pool area and gym are gorgeous. The room had beautiful sunrise views over Dubai and was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen and laundry and felt brand new and modern. Highly recommend

Modern, excellent location, great pool

Pros: Excellent apartment, just as in pics. Less than 1 min walk to Za’beel mall, which connects to Dubai mall. Pool is massive, with a shallow end for kids which increases to 1.2m. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Cons: Extractor fan in kitchen area couldn’t be turned off, but it wasn’t too much of a bother.

Pros: I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Staff members were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and clean. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and comfortable bedrooms. One of the standout features was the breathtaking view from the balcony, offering a perfect spot to Burj Kalifah. The amenities were also top-notch, including a well-maintained gym, a relaxing pool area, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi, perfect for both work and leisure. The location was another major plus, conveniently situated near the Dubai Mall. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean and tidy, with a bright and modern design that made us feel right at home. The apartment was also well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Dubai Mall Zabeel (it is connected to the Dubai Mall) which was very convenient for shopping and dining. Other landmarks can be easily accessed by taxi. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

Brilliant stay in Downtown Dubai!

Pros: The location of this property is amazing. We can just walk to the Dubai Mall Zabeel which is connected to the main section of the mall. To shop for groceries was easy to as Lulu supermarket is within walking distance too. The view of this apartment is breathtaking no words can describe how lovely the apartment was. Will come back!

It was a good experience

Pros: Location is few minutes walk to Dubai Mall, we didn’t encounter high traffic which was a concern. Parking is ok in second floor, apartment is clean, view from the balcony is amazing. Attitude of Mr Hasan who handed the keys is fantastic

Cons: Some noise at late night. No breakfast You need to inform them about arrival time otherwise you will wait min 1 hour before somebody brings you the keys

Pros: Прекрасная локация, всё в шаговой доступности, чисто, фен, утюг, стиральная машина, даже плойка, менеджер всегда был на связи, отличные апартаменты, самое главное, соответствуют фотографиям на букинге

Cons: На входе не очень приветливый консьерж, не здоровается, устроили допрос с пристрастием при заезде, но это было разово)) порошка и капсул для кофе машины не было, но на первом этаже в соседней башне круглосуточный магазин, мы купили всё, что нам было нужно
