Nice and would definitely return if the chances allow
Pros: The property was exquisite, well kept and good quality furniture. Provides a beautiful cityscape views from 34th floor. The 3 ensuite rooms was a unique feature that i haven’t seen often. The dedicated in-building parking was a good bonus. The facility was well managed. The check-in and out process was made easy and smooth by Mr. Normy, who was very supportive and welcoming despite the extended delay in our arrival time. The security team on the facility was very professional a helpful, managed to resolve an issue of a delivery package that went to a wrong flat.
Cons: Although not a major concern, but the property would definitely benefit from a dishwasher, perhaps a slightly larger dinning table and i would recommend a knives set with no Teflon coating. The AC controller was too much of Hi-Tech, very difficult to comprehend and operate. (May be a small note on how-to should be posted next to it)

I was there with family, we recived a good apartment that was clean and new. we stayed for 12 days.
Pros: There was no breakfast available, we had our own food arrangment at the Apartment.

Pros: I recently stayed in an apartment in Dubai and was thoroughly impressed. The apartment was spacious and spotless, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was fully equipped with everything I needed, from a washing machine to a complete kitchen. There's even a small market downstairs, which is incredibly convenient, especially with their free delivery for heavy items. The security at the property was excellent, with access cards provided for entry and direct elevator access to the apartment, which is a great feature. The secure car park was also a big plus, providing peace of mind knowing my space was always reserved. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, with no waiting around for anyone to let you in or out – perfect for those short on time. Overall, this was one of the best stays I've had in Dubai, and I would highly recommend it to family and friends. I’ll definitely be back! 10/10.

Wunderschöne Wohnung - eine luxuriöse Oase in der Megacity Dubai
Pros: Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr schön gelegen. Zu Fuß erreicht man viele Restaurants und es gibt einen großen Supermarkt direkt unten im Hause. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Wohnung ist sehr groß, es gibt in jedem Raum ein Bad. Man erreicht die Metro in 15 Minuten zu Fuß und ist von da sehr gut angebunden.
Cons: Es wäre super, wenn wir eine Info-Mappe mit Infos gehabt hätten, wie das Müllsystem funktioniert, welche Locations zu empfehlen sind, wie man zum nächsten Strand kommt, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu empfehlen sind, wie man die Wohnung beim Check-Out verlassen soll etc.
