Pros: My stay at Azur Regency Dubai was truly outstanding from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and excellent service. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, providing a very relaxing atmosphere after a long day in the city. The staff deserve special appreciation – they were extremely professional, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The location is very convenient, with easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and transport links. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and welcoming. Azur Regency Dubai exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

My stay at Azur Regency was amazing and exceptional

Pros: The room and service were exceptional. The place was clean and provided a serene environment. The front desk staff were so helpful and polite. Hiru especially was very nice and always ready to help us. We had a well-rested vacation and all thanks to the Azur Regency Apartments and welcoming staff. We would surely recommend and use this place.

Cons: The Check-in timing. We had an early flight and hence arrived early to the facility. We had in advance requested for an early check-in, but it wasn't possible. I would recommend that they provide an early check-in option eve with a charge.

Calm and exceptional—definitely an experience I’ll repeat.

Pros: The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. It is one of the best places I have ever stayed in—excellent service, top-quality standards, outstanding cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, great facilities, and an exceptional accommodation overall. I will definitely stay there again.

Professional but interrupted sleep.

Pros: Staff all very courteous and professional. The apartment room was very good. My only complaint was that at 04:30 am outside the building someone (I believe a staff member) was dumping rubbish in a bin and making a tremendous amount of noise. The apartment opposite was doing the same thing at the same time. If you’re a light sleeper - you might want to reconsider. Also they had the tendency to play elevator music in the hallway - all night. But this could be turned off on request. The gym was surprisingly good. Location is excellent. It’s a 15 min walk to the BurJuman metro and 10 walk mins to Spinneys, which is like Waitrose. There is also a free business centre in the mall, which was simply excellent for digital nomads There are e-bikes about 2 mins away. You need to use the careem app to unlock these and get taxis. Taxis are incredibly fast and cheap.

Partially disappointed

Pros: The apartment was very nice and big , clean environment, comfortable beds.

Cons: I was not satisfied with my purpose of staying. I got married and my visitors were being restricted, I didn't enjoy the facilities such as pool and gym in which I plan for it. I thank God for making it a successful one in another dimension
