White Sage - Act One Tower

Pros: The apartment was great, close to all amenities and Dubai Mall. The communication was great and there was not a problem even though our flight was delayed and we arrived around 11pm. We even had access to the communal pool which was added bonus.

Cons: Everything was great.

Great value and location.

Pros: Great location, extra large bed, very clean. Just was excellent with check in and any questions. When we asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed they were super responsive and delivered it same day.

Cons: Sofa bed can be uncomfortable, but when we mentioned this a mattress topper was provided immediately.

Flattered Flat

Pros: One bedroom flat, very comfortable and close to market&shops. All necessary equipments are placed at the kitchen.

Cons: there could be more towels

Nice experiance at level 46.

Pros: Level 46 Unfortunately there are no cleaning services available ( changing towels, sheets). The coffee machine didn’t work and we asked for help but no one helped us. Overall, nice experience.

Good

Pros: The apartment is new, bright and clean. It was comfortable to live here. The bedroom with the bed is comfortable and cozy. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded if you need, but the bed is more comfortable for sleeping. There is an extra blanket and pillows for sleeping on the sofa. There is a washing machine. Convenient kitchen and you can cook yourself if you want. There is also a mini set in the kitchen for cooking, a saucepan, a frying pan, cups, spoons, etc. Also, in addition to the apartment itself, you can use the pool and gym, with a view of the Burj Khalifa, there is also a mini children's pool separate from the general pool. Nearby there is a grocery store and various cafes, which is very convenient.

Cons: When we arrived, we didn’t have water or capsules for the coffee machine, a hanger for drying clothes, or detergent for washing clothes, but everything was brought in 1-2 days. On one of the days of stay the elevators did not work in the evening. Accordingly, the residents had to go up or down the stairs, and there are 47 floors. By the morning the elevators were repaired and ready for work.

Amazing stay after being upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom at Opera Geand with amazing views of the Burj Khalifa

Pros: We were upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom at Opera Grand which had the best amazing view of the Burj Khalifa and fountain. The accommodation was very comfortable and we all got ta have our own rooms with ensuite. Had everything we needed.

Cons: It would have been handy to have a guest book with some information or recommendations of places to visit, restaurants, take away etc. Also information on emergency procedure as the alarm had gone off in the building on our last night and were able to investigate with reception who advised it was caused by an apartment on another level and security were investigating.

Great location, very supportive and responsive host, building is brand new!

Pros: In central location with everything on the door step: Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa etc

Cons: Seems there is no pool but we didn’t need it as we’re busy traveling around.

Pros: We liked the location and the view of the property. The rooms were large and clean. Our host, Navneeth helped us every time with useful information.

Pros: Clean and large space, perfect location. Especially our host Navaneeth was very helpful. Fully recommended.
