The area for staying is very convenient, and the café opposite with Indian cuisine is excellent.

Pros: Everything corresponded to what was shown in the picture, even better. The conditions are really excellent, a full 10/10.

Для пребывания семьёй в режиме ночёвки нормально.

Pros: Большие апартаменты, балконы из каждой комнаты, Дубай Марина в 2-х минутах пешей доступности через дорогу. Рядом магазины и рестораны. Достаточно чисто. В детской универсальный игровой стол-трансформер бильярд/аэрохоккей/теннис.

Cons: Кондиционер на отопление не работал, пришлось просто выключить, зимой бы он не повредил. Сауна и джакузи для общего пользования в подвале, сауна и хамам были выключены, мужская и женская часть отдельно, обе не работали, ключи чтобы туда попасть тоже не работали, попали туда через работников ресепшен. Бассейн там тоже не понравился. Странные выключатели на горячую воду, не сразу разобрались как её включить. Датчик движения в спальне срабатывал ночью от малейшего перемещения, не удалось отключить, закрыли шляпой😅. Как-то так…

Luxury family apartment, best choice for family.

Pros: Luxury apartments, nice location at Marina and close to grocery and pharmacy. Good for family with three bedrooms. Nice balcony and free parking. Kitchen with all required kitchenette. There is multi-game table.

Cons: The multi-game table is located inside a small room and not suitable for Billiards.

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement.

Pros: L’emplacement est idéal pour allez à la Marina et à la plage. L’appartement est spacieux et les équipements sont très bien. Nous avons les trois chambres (dont une suite parentale), les deux salles de bains et 3 WC. Quand on est cinq c’est important de pouvoir avoir cette flexibilité. L’équipe est très réactive. Nous avons également apprécié le ménage fait 1 fois dans la semaine. C’est rare quand on loue un appartement. La supérette de l’immeuble est très pratique, on y trouve tout. Et si vous avez une petite faim vous avez un petit restaurant (Marina Pot) sans prétention et excellent à 2 minutes de l’immeuble pour nourrir toute la famille .

Cons: C’est juste un commentaire et non une critique: un petit rafraîchissement de la salle de sport, du sauna et du hammam serait appréciable mais cela ne dépend pas de l’hôte; ce sont des équipements de l’immeuble. À savoir que le sauna et le hammam ne sont pas mixtes.
