Excellent stay in a prime location.

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located near Burj Khalifa and Downtown attractions, making everything easily accessible. Being so close to Dubai Mall and restaurants made the stay very convenient. The apartment itself was modern, elegant, and extremely clean. The space felt comfortable and well designed, with attention to detail throughout. The building was secure and well maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and stress-free. Everything exceeded expectations, and the stay was truly enjoyable from start to finish. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Nothing — everything was excellent.

Pros: This apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully furnished with a true luxury feel. The views, comfort, and calm atmosphere made my stay incredibly relaxing. Everything I needed was provided, and the host was always helpful and quick to respond. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Does the job if you just need Downtown

Pros: I chose this place mainly because I needed to stay in Downtown near Burj Khalifa, and for that it worked well. Location is the strongest point — easy to reach Dubai Mall and main areas. The apartment was clean and everything basic was there. Bed was fine, shower was okay, Wi-Fi worked, and AC was strong which is important in Dubai. Nothing amazing, nothing bad. It’s not the kind of place you stay inside all day, but good if you’re out most of the time and just need a clean, safe place to sleep.

Cons: Luxury name is a bit over, it felt more like a normal modern apartment.

Nice stay in a good area

Pros: Stayed at Boulevard Point Tower 1, Unit 1401. The location is very good, close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Easy to go out and come back, everything nearby. The apartment was clean and quiet. The room was comfortable for sleeping and resting. View was nice also. Not super luxury, but good enough for a short stay. Overall, it was a good stay mainly because of the location.

Cons: Expected little better finishing for this type of apartment

Pros: The location is very good and close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Easy to walk around and reach main places in Downtown. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view from the unit was nice. Everything was working fine and check-in was okay. It was a good stay overall, but not very luxury like expected. Overall, a nice stay mainly because of the location.

Cons: Apartment was good, but furniture felt a bit simple.
