Boulevard 2 BR- Burj Khalifa-Dubai Mall- pool-Gym

Pros: Beautiful and very convenient apartment. We loved it and was an excellent base for our downtown stay.

Spacious appartment on great location

Pros: Great location, walking distance from for example the Mall and Burj Khalifa. Spacious appartment and very good and quick response from the host.

Cons: Some things in the appartment were a bit worn down, a handyman to fix those things would have been great. But the most important things (like the airco) were solved very quickly due to the great response of the host. The host promised us to fix the other things in the coming days/weeks, so no worries.

Great stay in a perfect spot—clean, comfy, and super easy thanks to the awesome host.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this property during my visit to Dubai. The location was absolutely perfect—central, vibrant, and close to everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything to make the stay feel like home. What truly made the experience even better was the host—polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Communication was smooth and helpful throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Pros: The location is amazing Burj khalifa is only few minutes away from the apartment. The view from apartment is nice . The Host Ramy was a great host , great communication and helped us in between to have a comfortable stay .

Cons: The receptionist can be better .

I simply love the place and will recommend it to my friends who visit Dubai. The gym was an added advantage.

Pros: It was right at the centre of the city which made transportation easy. It also had a supermarket close by which made groceries easily assessable. It was very homely - I didn’t miss home at all.

Cons: I don’t have any complaints about the property.

Bellissimo appartamento

Pros: gli host, che sono sempre a disposizione in contatto anche via whatsapp, mettono a disposizione un assistente in loco che consegna le chiavi e mostra l'appartamento e tutte le facilities. La portineria è 24/7 con massimi livelli di sicurezza. Si trova realmente a 5 min a piedi dal parco del Burj Khalifa e a 10 da Dubai mall che significa accesso facilitato alla metro ed altri mille servizi come ristoranti, taxi e negozi. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e dotato di un bellissimo balcone con vista. A un minuto c'è un market sempre aperto e ben frequentato. I bagni erano entrambi belli e spaziosi e le camere dotate di tutti i comfort. Oltre che confortevole l'appartamento è anche molto ben arredato.

Très bon séjour

Pros: Bon emplacement dans le centre. Residence propre avec une belle piscine. Le personnel a l’écoute.

Cons: L’appartement est peu équipé en vaisselle. Le séchoir est abîmé .

Pros: Apparemment très bien situé , vu sur les fontaine , à proximité de plusieurs commerce parfait pour passer des vacances ! Merci

Bardzo zadowoleni

Pros: Wygodny, przestronny apartament idealny dla rodziny. Dobrze wyposażony, z przyjemnym basenem, bardzo dobrym Wi-Fi i podziemnym parkingiem. Super lokalizacja, obok Burj Khalifa, w sąsiedztwie sklepów i restauracji. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Cons: Jedyne, co bym dodała, to przyciemniane żaluzje w sypialniach, aby rano słońce nie wpadało do pokoju. Niestety niektórym może przeszkadzać hałas uliczny, ale trzeba się z tym liczyć, wynajmując apartament w centrum miasta.
