Pros: Location was great! Near Dubai marina and JBR. Nice restaurants were within walking distance. Overall, was the apartment clean and spacious enough. A big plus was the large balcony!

Cons: For people with dust allergies, the carpets in the bedroom are not good. Too bad the apartment was not cleaned during your stay. Shower could be more hygienic, there were black mold stains on the edges. In the entrance hall of the building the smell was always unpleasant.
