Noma Fairview - Burj Khalifa view stunning apartment in Business Bay

Good stay with a few downsides

Pros: The room was very nice — spacious and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the pool too, it was pleasant and relaxing. Unfortunately, the view wasn’t great. That said, the overall value for money exceeded our expectations.

Cons: we weren’t allowed to leave our luggage before check-in, which was a bit inconvenient since we arrived early.

Comfortable and peaceful stay

Pros: The stay was extremely comfortable, the apartment is much bigger than what it seems like on the pictures and beautifully furnished with utmost care for every single detail to make it feel like home. Have to say, the view was one of the top highlight of the place with Burj Khalifa and Full Canal View from both the living room and the bedroom. The host was amazing too, took care of all requirement to make the check in as convenient as possible.

Pros: The accommodation at Noma View, Fairview Residency in Dubai left an excellent impression thanks to its greatlocation in a quiet and elegant part of the city, the spacious and modernly equipped apartment, exceptional cleanliness, and additional amenities such as the pool and gym. The beautiful view, friendly staff, and excellent value for money made the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning as a guest in the future!

Pros: Our stay was absolutely beautiful! The host went above and beyond to ensure everything was well-organized and perfectly arranged. The dining table was set so thoughtfully, which added a lovely touch to the experience. The view from the property was simply breathtaking – a stunning view of the iconic Burj Khalifa. Watching the Burj Khalifa light show right from our balcony was truly a magical experience. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable visit to Dubai!

Pros: The place was lovely and very new. We were 4 and it was perfect. There is a market next door. The views were incredible.

Cons: Buses stop on the door, but the metro station is 30’ walk.

Pros: Loved the location so close to the airport and main attractions the Sofa bed was so comfy and main bed the views was beautiful love how it had en suite and family bathroom the kitchen fully equipped with utensils dishes had smart tv so my kids were happy about that I loved it so much so cosy we only stayed for a layover in between our flights will deffo book this apartment for a longer stay and most of all the host was lovely ! Deffo recommend

Pros: Bardzo ładny i czysty apartament. Na plus możliwość skorzystania z podgrzewanego jacuzzi :) Dobrze działający internet, wiele przydatnych udogodnień.

Cons: Niestety w nocy ciężko spać szczególnie w salonie: bardzo głośno słychać wszystko z korytarza oraz z budowy w pobliżu (niestety pracują też w nocy). Szkoda, że nie ma gdzie zostawić bagażu.

Puikūs apartamentai!

Pros: Apartamentai yra patogioje lokacijoje, norit aplankyti populiariausius objektus. Apartamentai erdvūs ir patogūs. Pastato pirmame aukšte yra prekybos centras, kuris tikrai labai gelbėja. Prekybos centre kainos nėra didelės. Apartamentai erdvūs, keturioms merginoms stipriai gelbėjo du vonios kambariai. Sofa patogi miegoti. Šildomas baseinas. Vakarai balkone su gražiu vaizdu. Kainos ir kokybės santykis iš ties geras. Šeimininkas supranta, kad yra labai geras servisas :) Linkėjimai!

Cons: Aplink tebevyksta statybos, naktį truputi girdisi. Kas jautriai miega, gelbėjo ausų kimštukai :) Viskas tikrai gana gerai.

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente con camera matrimoniale, divano letto, due bagni. Check-in facile. Comunicazione con l’host molto efficace e tempestiva. Vista sul canale di Business bay e burj khalifa. Proprio di fronte all’ingresso c’è la fermata dell’autobus pubblico. Fornito supermercato, parrucchiere vicino all’ingresso. Comodo accesso alla pedonale sul canale. Possibilità di utilizzare la piscina, anche idromassaggio, e la palestra.
