Great Apartment but beware of construction site next door!

Pros: Great apartment. Clean. Good location. Good value for money.

Cons: 2 huge skyscrapers being built outside the door. Building 24hrs a day! This should have been mentioned when booking, also blocks the view. Emailed twice and sent a message re late arrival and asking where to pick up keys. No response.

Wish it was longer even if it was off season

Pros: It’s very spacious, clean and beautiful with good views. Security is good and it’s very safe. Could see skydivers from the balcony which was fascinating.

Pros: All great! Very comfy, clean and neat apartment. Convenient location with lovely pool and views. 20 mins drive to Dubai Mall (Dubai taxi fully recommended).

Pros: I definitely recommend staying here. Very nice apartment - spacious, with 4 bedrooms, including one bedroom with a single bed, without a window, but with its own bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). The second bedroom is connected to the bathroom (spacious shower, toilet, two sinks). The third and fourth bedrooms do not have their own bathroom, but with access from the corridor to the bathroom (sink, bathtub with shower function, toilet) and a separate second toilet with a sink. Equipped with a washing machine, iron, steamer, ironing board, hair dryers. Spacious balcony with a beautiful view. Great swimming pool with a view of the skyscrapers, open from 7 to 22. Gym and playground for children available. Private beach. In the same building on the bay side Starbucks and Six. The nearest shop about 10 minutes on foot. Very fast elevators. Free parking. Very good contact with the manager of the facility.

Pros: The views were amazing. The facility is second to none We had a challenge with the stove but they changed it in no time

Cons: Bathroom curtain kept falling please attend to it

Cons: We had a slight delay in getting check in details for appartment but we got sorted promptly enough.

Mooie locatie met goede voorzieningen en zeer veel ruimte.

Pros: Mooi uitzicht, goede locatie, goede prijs, zwembad en strand.

Cons: Badkamers waren niet zo schoon, veel schimmel en aanslag.

Pros: Apartament przestronny czysty komfortowy, widok z balkonu na marinę piękny.
