Burj Royale - Luxury Stay with Panoramic Burj Khalifa & Fountain View

💎 Beyond 10/10 – a lifetime memory in the heart of Dubai

Pros: A truly surreal, once-in-a-lifetime experience at the highest level. The apartment is simply breathtaking – it’s almost impossible to imagine a more spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa. Watching the city from here feels unreal. The location is outstanding: everything is easily reachable on foot, including the Dubai Mall and the area around the Burj, which feels far more atmospheric and alive than having direct mall access. Service and communication were flawless. The small deposit was returned quickly and effortlessly, and parking is included with absolutely no issues. My only problem: I can only give 10 points. None of my previous 10/10 stays come even close. This is not just a place to stay – it’s a lifetime memory. We stayed for three nights just before New Year’s Eve, and it was pure magic.

Pros: Everything was fine, easy to access and friendly both about the building, owner, services and location.

Cons: The only problem with this apartment, which was a bit annoying, was that there was no food in the fridge and no cooking ingredients. Considering the heat and the fact that travelers might arrive late, it's not bad. As with other experiences we had, some non-perishable food and drinks (of course water was available), and cooking essentials like salt, pepper, etc. were provided. Everything else was great.

Pros: Location and views were fantastic. Really great to have Dubai Mall so close by - a few minutes walk away - and views of Burj were incredible at any time of day! Smooth check in process and supportive management team.

Burj Royale

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally clean the views are amazing from this apartment of the Burj Khalifa( unfortunately the fountains are under renovations but I'm sure the views of the fountains would be amazing). The apartment is a few minutes walk to the Dubai Mall, from here it's a 15 min walk to the metro line but the walk is fully indoors with air conditioning. The agents who look after the apartment are excellent and are available should you have any issues.

Pros: Fantastic location. Amazing view of the Burj Khalifa and nightly light shows. Very comfortable beds and great to have two bathrooms for a family of 4. Great communication from host and they were very polite. Short walk to the Mall which is important on hot days. No public transport needed.

Pros: Perfect location in Downtown Dubai, a few minutes walk to Dubai Mall. The view is spectacular especially at night when the lights of Burj Khalifa are on. The facilities are great, the bedrooms are big and comfortable and there’s enough space for everything, the two bathrooms are a big plus. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Bardzo dobry apartament w świetnej lokalizacji i przepięknym widokiem na Burji Khalifa oraz fontanny. W okolicy całodobowy Carrefour, do Dubaj Mall spacerem kilkanaście minut. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Gospodarzem, wszystko zorganizowane na wysokim poziomie.
