Pros: Very cosy, clean and safe apartment with a great view from the balcony. Also a great location. The hostess is polite, responsive, always available if you need anything. I really enjoyed our stay. I recommend it. It was a great place to stay

Pros: Interessante Lage in einer Gated Community. Ruhige Umgebung. Schöne Lagune. Brandneue Wohnung. Sehr bequemes Bett. Gute, neue, saubere Ausstattung. Alles komplett inklusive Bügeleisen und Fön etc. Atemberaubender Ausblick vom Balkon. Gute Kommunikation des Vermieters.

Cons: Ohne Auto oder Taxi nicht erreichbar. Die Lagune wirkt noch sehr künstlich, weil noch Pflanzen und Dekoration fehlen. Typisch Dubai: die neue Wohnung hat bereits gewaltige Baumängel - aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts und es ist für einen Gast auch nicht wichtig. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber auch langweilig - es kommt darauf an. worauf man persönlich Wert legt.
