Samaya Holiday Homes - Nobles Family Modern Suites

Pros: Very nice apartment a lot of space you can feel like at home. If you want you have access to the pool gym sauna and steam sauna. The balcony is huge if they would have also sunbeds there it would be awesome but you have 2 chairs with cute table. We would definitely choose it one more time

Comfort Accommodation

Pros: Everything went smoothly. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay and did not experience any problems. I especially wanted to mention this because there are some negative reviews — the deposit fee taken at check-in was refunded on the day of check out. Not a complaint, but a suggestion: for guests who arrive early, the official check-in time could be moved slightly earlier, as 3:00 PM feels a bit late.

Cons: .

Wonderful

Pros: Location. Clean and spacious apartments. Very comfortable beds and living room

Excellent stay and excellent customer services

Pros: Excellent apartment . Spacious and well equipped .

Cons: A little out of way

An unforgettable stay with breathtaking fireworks views from every room and balcony, Dubai's magic.

Pros: Our stay was truly magical! Watching the Burj Khalifa fireworks right from the apartment exceeded all expectations. Every single room—including the living area—offered the same breathtaking view, and with three balconies facing the Burj Khalifa, the experience felt absolutely unforgettable. What made it even more spectacular was that we could also see the fireworks from the Palm Jumeirah direction and the Dubai Frame—just like fireworks everywhere, surrounding us in every view. It felt like the whole city was celebrating right outside our windows. We also appreciated how spotless and well-prepared everything was. The thoughtful little touches, like providing disposables, made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality—we’re already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Pros: Easy check in. Quality of the apartment. Space and facilities.

Cons: Only one set of keys, hard for one person to go out and other to stay back, as you need the same key at the door and the elevator. Limited shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

Great location, great property for a family to spend quality time together in Dubai.

Pros: We were a family - so having the opportunity to stay together unlike hotel rooms was a great experience.

Cons: It was very impersonal.
