Pros: The apartment's location is superb—right in the center! Having a parking space is a huge convenience. Plus, the access to both indoor and outdoor gyms, along with a pool, lets you squeeze in a workout between city strolls. The indoor gym is fully equipped, while the outdoor one has everything you need for calisthenics!
