Second home!

Pros: After a longer time, I am moving back to Dubai and I am glad that I stayed temporarily in this hotel. I feel at home thanks to all the people at the reception and the friendly atmosphere, the fully equipped room in a clean and beautiful standard, with a great swimming pool and gym. I lacked nothing. I will definitely visit again before I find a new apartment, because I feel at home here.

Comfortable in Dubai

Pros: The rooms were big, nice and very comfortable. There are a lot of extra services available for guests that can be done for free. Great cleanliness. The location is in a quiet residential area.

Cons: The location is in a quiet area but without a car it requires taxies to get to the city center or to reach public transports.

My loveliest stay in Dubai!

Pros: Simply put: the kindest staff ever in Dubai! (Plus: generously sized apartments in a highly efficient building, which all AC non-fans, like me, will surely appreciate.)

As a friendly suggestion, I would kindly recommend considering the addition of some entertainment options or amenities that cater to Arab guests, which would further enhance the experience for visitors from the region. Cons: I would like to share a few points of feedback that may help enhance the guest experience: The kitchen area lacked sufficient utensils and basic equipment, which made it a bit difficult to use effectively. Additionally, I noticed there were no entertainment materials or content tailored to Arab guests, which could be a valuable improvement given the number of visitors from the region.

Modern studios with nice pool!

Pros: The room had everything I needed! Very modern and clean. Nice pool in the yard with some shadow all day, friendly staff.

Cons: You can hear the highway, and the elevator makes a loud sound (like a door bell) every time the doors open/close.

Excellent apartment great value for money

Pros: Good new aparts, excellent and super friendly staff on the reception, great hard mattresses, good washing machine. Wifi without any problems on zoom calls.

Cons: Some minor things in the bathroom to improve, like a curtain, remoteness from metro.

Pros: When I complained about something small, izzzi crew was kind enough to respond in a very short time and gave me an upgrade. I was supposed to go to another hotel but extended my stay because of the great customer service by the night security guard from Cameron. From the day I came he was kind and helpful to me. Thank you

Nice base for a week in Dubai

Pros: parking; reception staff helpful before and during the stay

Cons: needs a bit of an eye on details in the apartment
