Ultra Luxe 5BR Al Bateen I Private Beach and Pool I JBR Full Sea View Beachfront

We have stayed on Qstay apartments for the last 5 visits to Dubai as we love the 5*.each passes.

Pros: We loved the location, size of apartment and it was very clean. Qstay answered all our queries and were so attentive. We would always stay with them for our future visits. Thank you Qstay.

Cons: The only thing we had an issue with is the mirrors. There were no plugs near to do our hair. I always take extension leads but we needed another one as there were three ladies getting ready at the same time. Qstay delivered one within an hour of asking.

A spacious comfortable base in JBR

Pros: A great apartment for first time visitors to Dubaï. Great location with nice views over the marina. The flat is very big and had plenty of space to accommodate 3 adults. We loved all the bathrooms. It was easy to collect the keys and communication with qstay was easy via email or WhatsApp. The WiFi was fast. We enjoyed the pool and the beach 2 mins away. Great choice of restaurants and cafes just downstairs and a handy late night supermarket and pharmacy on the plaza. JBR is buzzing especially at night but the flat was quiet. We enjoyed the proximity to the marina and public transport but taxis were also plentiful. Everything was very clean and the apartment had all the amenities we needed.

Feel the vibrant JBR in a great location

Pros: Very spacious apartment, clean, in the heart of JBR, very close to the beach. Qstay, which manages this location, did everything to meet our expectations.

Cons: The wifi signal in the master bedroom is between poor and average, because of the distance to wifi router. Parking spot in the underground parking was difficult to find upon arrival.

Pros: The property was very clean and extremely spacious. The beds were so comfy. Great views. We loved everything about it.

Cons: The only issue I had was that there weren’t enough plug points near the mirrors to do my hair. This was easily solved as I was then provided with an extension lead so I could do my hair in the bathroom mirror.

Pros: House was very clean, host was accommodating and helpful and location was exceptional.

Cons: The place was a little hard to find at first but after we asked a few delivery drivers for directions we found the place .

Pros: Great big apartment in a good location with good amenities and everything required for stay

Cons: Floors in bathrooms are not designed for wet environments and getting worn out. 7 years old kid wanted more light in a room with 2 beds.

Very convenient. Would definitely come back.

Pros: Spacious and great location close to beach, amenities and public transport.

Cons: No complaints. Everything was great. Unfortunately the opening hours of the pool was such that we couldn’t use it much.

Better than a hotel for big family but if you are couples search for another place in marina with less car traffic

Pros: The view and location is perfect at the edge of JBR and Dubai marina next to the sea beach

Cons: You can’t drive your car any where , because of the location of the building any trip to Dubai will cost you one hour to get back to your apartment and I’m talking about 1 hour in the jbr area to cross less thank 3km , the area is super congested by ppl and cars . Also there are 3 hotels next to the building and every night from 8pm till 1am there an outdoor party and the sound will reach your apartment easily , also they do cleaning once only while we stay there for 7 days

Great 4 day break

Pros: Great location and everything worked. .Master bedroom was a good size. Great value of money. AC was very good and each room had its own control. We would return.

Cons: Second bedroom would be a bit small for two teenagers. Better instruction (and location pin) on how to find the parking garage entrance, i.e Rimal 4 parking garage entrance

Tolle Wohnung an toller Lage

Pros: Alles sehr unkompliziert und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Lage ist auch top, man ist schnell am Strand und mitten im The Walk.

Cons: Die Küche ist etwas veraltet. Wäre auch toll gewesen, wenn genügend Kaffe für die 3-4 Tage vorhandne gewesen wäre und auch Seife für die Küche/Geschirrspüler. Ansonsten top
