Stunning 1BD Marina view apartment in Dubai Marina

Amazing View and Location

Pros: Location is amazing. View from balcony and bedroom window is superb. We had good night walk on Marina Walk every night. Lot of eating joints and high end restaurants in neighbourhood.

Cons: Building and apartment are old and need facelift. Furniture is old and mixed type. There are stairs to be climbed first at reception of building to reach lift which were uncomfortable. Our checkout time was 11:00 but request for late checkout of 12:00 was denied.

Pros: We had an amazing family stay! The interiors were not only impeccable but also tastefully designed, providing a cozy and spacious atmosphere for us to relax. The apartment's prime location allowed us easy access to amenities, making our stay both comfortable and convenient.

Roman

Pros: The apartment was beautiful exactly as in the photos with a wonderful view of the Marina, the staff at the reception was nice upon arrival. The communication with the landlords was perfect, everything was ready and they always answered questions via WhatsApp quickly, and upon agreement they also gave us a later departure from the accommodation on the day of departure .The apartment is perfectly equipped with all appliances, it was beautifully clean with a perfect bed in the bedroom. We will definitely come back here when we go to Dubai. Thank you
