5 Minute Walk to The Fountains! Full Burj Khalifa View! 5-star Pool & Gym!

Pros: It's a good place because it overlooks the Burj Khalifa,

Just wow

Pros: I had an amazing stay in this apartment! It was beautiful, very clean, and had everything a family could possibly need. The view was absolutely stunning — overlooking the Burj Khalifa, the dancing fountain, and Dubai Mall. The price was reasonable, and the staff were extremely professional and kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai, and if I come back again, I will definitely choose the same apartment. Thank you to everyone working with this company for making our stay so enjoyable!

Pros: Amazing views, comfortable size for family with kids

Pros: Excellent apartment in the heart of Dubai. The terrace offers a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains. 5-minute walk to the Dubai Mall. Impeccably clean. Fresh new bed linen. The apartment has everything for a wonderful stay: dishes, a toaster, a stove, a kettle, and a microwave. The bathroom included shower gel, hair conditioner, shampoo, and body lotion. The host was kind and extended my stay for free. Highly recommended. Highest praise!

Insane

Pros: Everything was perfect, the welcome, the location, the cleanliness, the incredible view…

Excellent location with great views

Pros: Fantastic location with amazing views of Burj Khalifa and partial view of fountains. Close to Dubai Mall. Had what we needed. Observation deck has even better views. Gym good, pool a bit small so didn’t end up using it.

Cons: Furniture feels cheap and mattresses quite firm. Bedroom with king bed has bathroom opposite but not ensuite.

Fabulous

Pros: The location was fabulous.. walking distance to burj khalifa/ dubai mall and honestly fairly central to rest of surrounding areas by taxi..carrefour is just a few mins walk, very convenient.. the management company taking care of you were totally intouch and hands on .. always answering any queries immediately.. we had a small AC incident..they were quick to send out technicians immediately.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the building alarm would go off randomly for a few seconds.. which obviously can't be controlled as was told that the dubai govt does random security protocol.. but the alarm in the apartment was a little startling especially as it can go off in the middle of the night.. again no fault of the apartment.
