We enjoyed our stay and the views, but amenities can be used by 4 and not 6 people

Pros: Location and views were amazing. The pool and gym are a nice addition to your experience. Staff is very responsive and a lot of nice food and cafe options are very close by.

Cons: - We booked the apartment for 6 people with a pullout bed which is fine. The amenities can be only used by four people though and not six, so you can't use the pool with your whole group. It's good to be aware as we were not made aware of the same. - Coffee machine shouldn't be used, if you run the cleaning function it continued to pour mucky whitish water.

Great place in a great building overall

Pros: We booked the property as it was in the paramount mid town building and that was amazing. The pool is one of the best in Dubai I think! The food and drink served in the building is great and the staff around “reception” are great as well. It is also reasonably priced considering The apartment itself was really good, it was on the 45th floor with a balcony with a great view. There was a big screen tv in the living room and master bedroom with Netflix and YouTube. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials. There was also a welcome selection of tea, coffee & sugar

Cons: All of the following are minor points and provided to help make things better for the future. I would still recommend this place to stay. For checkout the cleaner was banging on the door at 10.58 and then on entry proceeded to open every drawer in the kitchen to do a check. Technically it was fine as checkout was at 11 but it was all a little passive aggressive and if we had been checking out about 10 mins late it felt like it would have been an issue! The onsuite bathroom was merely ok and felt a bit tatty compared to the rest of the apartment. The kitchen didn’t have any dish towels, kitchen roll, cooking oil and limited bin bags which we ran out of. When frying one day we realised there seemed to be no extractor fan and so had to stop pretty quickly! The toaster worked but the lock to hold the bread down was broken so you had to hold it down The two tvs seemed to be linked which I had never encountered before! The second bedroom has a mirror rather than a tv.
