Good apartment for those who have money to pay

Pros: I like this apartment it is very nice and clean, I used to book this apartment every times i go to Dubai and also do extend my staying there because the apartment was very nice.

Cons: 1- WIFI always disconnected when I work on in that's made a lot of problems for me. 2- Deposit charge is too much 1500 AED so that's not good because you will pay this money and you can't use it until you leave it's just parked money. 3- when I ask the property manager to give me good price because I want to extend my staying they didn't give good price and it was expensive , because of that I just moved to another hotel apartment and I saved money and I got more services. 4- the elevators in the building was not working, only 2 of 4 elevator was working that was bad because I need long time to go up and down and just waiting long time for the elevator to arrive. 5-I thought the price was good for me but after my friend told me about another place \

My stay was wonderful and the place is very beautiful. I will book the place again soon

Pros: I love the area very much and I love the building, especially the 22nd floor I lived on. The area is very beautiful and the apartment has a balcony overlooking the street. I can watch the sunset and see the area well and I can spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony without getting bored. I advise this place to everyone.

Cons: The things I didn't like are the following: First: The fire alarm works at different times and it is very annoying and there is no specific time for that. Sometimes it works early in the morning when I am sleeping and sometimes in the middle of the night. One night the alarm started working on the whole floor and it started buzzing even in my room, which caused me annoyance. He became nervous and I thought I had to escape from the place because his voice was very loud. Second: When showering, water flows from the corner of the sink to the floor, and this is somewhat annoying, as I have to dry the toilet floor every time I shower. This issue must be addressed by placing a barrier to make the water flow into the sink in the corner. Third: The toilet light buttons must be repaired, as they do not work directly and sometimes flicker until they stabilize. Fourth: The button to turn on the balcony light is located behind the closet. The balcony light cannot be turned on, and the closet must be removed from its place in order to turn on the external light. These are small matters that can be overlooked, except for the terrifying alarm sound, which must be solved. However, I will book the place again because it is amazing.

Pros: I was in floor 22, the view was very nice. The building, room, gym and pool are good and clean
