Luxury Burj Crown 4bedroom Balcony & Downtown View

Pros: Despite a lack of communication with the host, the apartment itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was unbeatable, right next to the Dubai Opera, Burj Khalifa, and other major attractions. It made getting around and exploring the area incredibly easy and convenient. Even though we had some challenges reaching the host for check-in details and other questions, the apartment itself made up for it. If the communication aspect were improved, this would have been a perfect stay. Still, I would recommend the apartment to others, especially for its prime location and overall quality.

Cons: Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a lack of communication with the host. From the very beginning, it was difficult to get timely responses to our questions. We had to wait long periods before receiving any information, which caused unnecessary stress, especially regarding check-in instructions and amenities available in the apartment. We tried reaching out multiple times through the platform, but the replies were either delayed or unclear. In the end, it left us feeling uncertain about the entire experience. While the apartment itself was fine, the lack of clear and consistent communication really impacted our stay. We hope the host improves responsiveness in the future for the benefit of other guests.

Dzīvoklis ar jauku skatu un perfektu lokāciju.

Pros: Ideāla atrašanās vieta.15min ar kājām līdz metro.5min līdz Burj Khalifa un 15 min līdz Dubai Mall.2metro pieturas līdz Nākotnes muzejam.Blakus 2 pārtikas veikali,kas strādā 24/7. Skaists skats no balkona un no jumta lounge.Jauks baseins.Sākotnēji bija negaidītas problēmas dēļ kurām nācās mainīt dzīvokli,bet Gouda nāca palīgā un tās atrisinājās.

Cons: Sākotnēji neviens neiznāca uz kontaktu,tādēļ bija uztraukums vsi dzīvoklis vispār būs pieejams,bet esot uz vietas komunikācija bija raita. Bija daži traucējoši sīkumi,kas nebojāja atpūtu,bet būtu viegli atrisināmi.Piemēram dzīvoklī,kas tiek izīrēts 7personām,ir tikai 4krūzes. Šobrīd pāri ielai notiek celtniecība 24/7,tādēļ dzīvoklī ir diezgan skaļš.
