Superb location, superb value for price

Pros: Superb location with direct access to the Dubai Mall. Amazing view on the Burj Khalifa. Everything nearby, the fountain, shops, restaurants. mall.

Cons: Our access cards were not working for couple of days.

Amazing accommodation

Pros: The location was amazing being located right next to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The apartment is very spacious. The master bedroom is huge and has an incredible view as well as ensuite. There is one room with twin beds (perfect for our twins) and the third room has a double bed (great for our eldest). There is another bathroom and separate toilet. It really was perfect for our vacation.

Cons: Check in is complicated due to the number of apartments in the building being rented to holiday makers, but the staff are friendly. Your luggage can be stored for a fee if you arrive early. Be prepared to visit the neighboring supermarket for basics like soap.

Don't think.. Just Book.! Great Views and Best Host.

Pros: Just book this. Do not think twice. Actual location is more beautiful than pictures. The location of the apartment and the owner's (Mr. Salih) behaviour towards his guest is extraordinary. You can literally see burj Khalifa from main hall, master bedroom and open roof balcony is the ace of the apartment. Once you enter the apartment you'll surely shout in awe and wow 👏. Kitchenette is equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, utensils and other stuff. Starbucks coffee ☕ and coffee maker is available. Apartment and bathroom 🚽 is extremely clean. Check in process is quick and easy. Reception guys are welcoming and cooperative. Will surely recommend this property. Happy Stay in Dubai Habibi.

A lovely stay in the centre of Downtown Dubai.

Pros: A lovely apartment right in the centre of downtown. Great viewpoint (look straight out at the Burj Khalifa, as well as the fountains, etc). Very comfortable rooms, great kitchen (with bare essentials) and modern bathrooms.

Cons: Check in process was a little clunky (had to register with reception downstairs, which took some time) and key was just left in room (we weren't told this). No toilet paper in apartment, but luckily a supermarket down the road. Apart from that, was great!

Superb Value, Easy Access to Dubai Mall

Pros: No breakfast, no bottled water and no room cleaning or linen change. We anticipated this so no issues. There is a 24 hour Geant supermarket just outside which provided us with all our needs.

Very nice place , and worth the money with excellent location and nearby shopping and restaurants.

Pros: Lactation is great, nearby Dubai mall with direct access through the bridge only 5 min walk. Apartment is On Sheikh Mohamed bin rashid BLVD with many restaurants and coffee shops, supermarket (Gian) is in the same building open 24 hrs with all necessary goods.

Cons: Housekeeping service, need to be arranged in advance, as it is based on request and it might need extra charges.

Fantastiskt boende med oslagbart läge

Pros: Boendet var supermodernt och superfräscht! Läget är oslagbart - bara några minuters promenad från Dubai Mall. Jag och mina vänner bodde väldigt bekvämt och vill rikta ett extra tack till vår värd Salih som tog hand om oss på ett utmärkt sett innan, under och efter vår vistelse. Kan verkligen rekommendera!

Pros: זה פעם שנייה שאני נמצא בבורג' וויסטה וכל פעם אני רוצה לחזור לשם. אין מקום יותר קרוב עם נוף מדהים כזה , נוף ממש למזרקה ולמגדל ח'ליפה הישאם , המארח , היה נחמד מאד , אדיב , שירותי , סבלני ממליץ מאד ! התמונות המצורפות הם מהדירה

Cons: مواقف السيارات والزحمه فالمنطقه والشقه قديمه نوعاً ما
