Assolutamente perfetto

Pros: La posizione e la vista sono spettacolari, il proprietario super gentile e disponibile sempre. Parcheggio comodissimo. Palestra ben fornita e piscina molto elegante e bella.

Pros: There is a huge nice park with houses and small farm 8 mins driving from apartment. The host was very responsible

Cons: The bed is extra hard. The size is small like all Studios in Damac hills buildings. You must know it’s very poorly serviced building. It’s not regular or luxury building in Dubai. If you don’t mind a lot of stuff I’m Hall way, strange neighbors and smell in a building it’s ok. In my opinion now the price is extremely high for it. If you pay 40-50$ for it like not in a season it’s ok but when you pay 700£ per week it’s a bit too much. Damac hills is quite far from everything. It’s 35 mins till downtown without traffic. For Dubai it’s far.
