INA Homes - Act 1 Full Burj Khalifa and Fountain Views

A Great Time Saver

Pros: You cannot really be much closer to Burj Khalifa. The place is busy, but clean and nice. It's worth the money as you save lots of time if you want to see the Fountain (5 minutes walk), Dubai Mall or visit the At The Top early morning (10-12 minutes). A little Spinney's grocery shop is nearby (2 minutes).

Cons: We were not warned ahead of cash deposit requirement. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped for cooking with perhaps some basics as salt and some extra waste bin bags. There was coffee and time there aplenty though.

Wonderful location with excellent views

Pros: Location was great and the views of Burj and the fountains were wonderful…. Very close to Dubai Mall was a plus

Cons: Everything was good… just a few amenities would make it wonderful…some complimentary tea/ coffee/ sugar pouch would be nice, a couple of detergent pouches can be helpful too. One more thing- would be beneficial to have exhaust fans installed in the toilets would make it pleasant

Pros: The cleanliness and the interior design was perfect, the size of the apartment was very spacious and the balconies were perfect to take pictures.

Great Apartment with amazing views.

Pros: Excellent apartment with excellent views of Burj Khalifa and part fountain view. Just a 10/15 min walk to the dubai mall. Excellent facilities and room sizes. The staff were very helpful and were there to meet and greet us and show us around the apartment.

Cons: Unfortunately there is no daily house keeping. There were 5 of us and only 4 towels. Received only after requesting extra towels. Asked them to come and clean the rooms but only made the beds. The bins were full and the floors remained dirty for entire duration. There was a drainage issue in the main shower. Water gathered and filled the shower upto half your feet (more if you had a longer shower) . Called them to sort it out, they attempted and sent pictures and videos to show it was cleared but same issue continued throughout our 8 night stay. Could be helpful by providing basic essentials like tea, coffee, sugar and salt. (maybe being overly picky) The metro station is approx 15/20 min walk which in the summer heat (anytime of the day) is a killer. Last thing they ask for cash deposit upon arrival. This was not mentioned anywhere. Either in your currency or AED. Wasn't aware of this but luckily had cash (£'s) when I arrived so gave it to them. But would have struggled if I didn't have anything.

Amazing stay, great view, good location

Pros: Good location, great view. Very clean, everything in pristine condition. Good communication

Cons: Although mentioned upon booking, they ask you for security deposit on arrival. Paid by card, & received the money back in cash (they give options and explain). However if you pre-pay hold by card, there is a very small fee deducted. Sometimes difficult for Uber to locate the place/pick-up location

Amazing stay

Pros: Everything was amazing, they even let us check in early. The views are amazing.

I would highly recommend it

Pros: The location was really good near to many places in the downtown

Cons: I didn’t like the deposit process. We paid 1000 AED and we had to wait before checking out to get it back and we were late for the airport.

Pros: Nice appartment with a nice view. Very clean building with proper amenities.

Pros: The position is excelent. Easy parking in the garage or outside. Great host.
